Jacques spent 20 years in the printing industry, including six years in a senior shift manager role. Working in a large corporate environment gave him strong leadership experience and taught him how to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
With a long-standing interest in real estate, Jacques moved into the property industry in 2016. Since then, he has built a solid track record across industrial, office, and retail property, successfully concluding a wide range of leasing, sales, and investment sales transactions.
His approach is practical, strategic, and grounded in understanding what each client needs. Jacques is firmly committed to honesty and integrity in every transaction, with a strong focus on making sure clients feel supported and satisfied throughout the process.
He works mainly across the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, where he continues to build lasting relationships and provide trusted guidance in the commercial and industrial property market.
