Riaan began his property career in 2006 as a commercial property broker. Since then, he has worked with several property broking firms, building valuable experience in selling and letting commercial, retail, and industrial properties, as well as investment sales.
He currently specialises in the sale and letting of commercial property in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, along with investment sales across various urban and rural areas. This broad exposure gives him a practical understanding of different markets and allows him to guide clients through a wide range of property needs.
